Users have a right to request access to any information about them that is stored by DCI. Requests for access must be made in writing to DCI at the address above. DCIreserves the right to charge an administrative fee of €6.35 for this service.

Typically DCI does not retain personal data for longer than 30 days. Order data is retained in order to ensure that we have adequate financial and other records. Sensitive financial information such as credit card details are not retained by Dublin Tourism after a transaction has been processed.
