Jonathan Duignan
Director
Jonathan has enjoyed a successful career in International Education spanning three decades. A Dubliner and graduate of Trinity College, Jonathan has designed, delivered, and managed educational programmes and schools for organisations such as International House, British Council, Dublin Business School and Kaplan in Ireland, the UK, Germany and USA. A former business lecturer, teacher trainer and Cambridge examiner. Jonathan’s true passion is developing teaching and learning environments and delivering exceptional customer service.

Siobhán Smith
Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Manager
Siobhán has worked in the EFL industry for more than 15 years establishing a reputation as a confident, professional and friendly face for many English language students and agents. During her career she has worked at Dublin Business School, English in Dublin, Trinity College, and Chapterhouse before joining DCI in 2019.

Carmen Teixeira
Administrative Coordinator
Carmen holds a Master’s in English Language, Literature and Culture and earned her TEFL certification in 2024. She spent 5 years teaching before moving into administration. As Administrative Coordinator, she is the first point of reference for students, supporting them with documentation and the upkeep of the school’s infrastructure. She enjoys history, cultures, languages, music, and crafts.

Sara Barrett
Academic Coordinator
Sara, from Dublin, has studied and worked around the world and is delighted to be back in her hometown doing what she loves. As Academic Coordinator at DCI, she welcomes new students and supports their academic journey. Passionate about travel and cultural exchange, Sara enjoys meeting people from diverse backgrounds and seeing students form lifelong friendships while learning English.
